What is the first step to schedule a Polygraph Exam?
Once you have spoken to the Polygraph Examiner, you will need to place a deposit to reserve your appointment.
Why is a deposit necessary? There are many people needing the expert services of our licensed Polygraph Examiners, and we require a deposit to hold your appointment time so that we can make sure that we help everyone who needs our services. Once you arrive for your polygraph exam in Pensacola, Florida, the deposit amount you paid will be applied to the cost of the exam.
The deposit is non-refundable. If you must reschedule your appointment, you may do so if you give more than 24 hours’ notice, and the new appointment must be within 30 days from the original appointment date. Once 30 days has passed, you must pay a new deposit to schedule an appointment.
However, if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-show your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.

Important Exam Policy
To protect the accuracy and confidentiality of every polygraph exam, only the individual being tested is allowed in the exam room—no exceptions. Minors are not permitted unless they are the person being tested.
Please note: If you arrive with a child who is not receiving the exam, you will not be allowed to proceed with your appointment. Because your exam time has been reserved exclusively for you, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to reschedule.
